I nailed down what I want to do now, so basically the idea for the video game is going to be completely scrapped and replaced with me using my drawings in order to animate most hopefully a 20 minute ish sequence. Unlike the genius projects that the seniors presented this year, I actually want to complete mine as well. I discovered many various programs such as macromedia flash, anime studio, inkscape, paint tool sai, photoshop, etc. You can probably assume that I have some experience in the field of animation. But unfortunately, the only facet of the programs that I can use to the best of my ability is my main drawing program: SAI. I’m “working” on a manga at the moment, but I haven’t gotten the handle of animating my drawings. That’s why I want to ask you for your help in animating, because I know it’s a lot more than meets the eye. My genius project which I have decided will focus on my drawings and animating them into a full 20 minute ish film. What’s a genius project you ask? Well, it's a project assigned to all students in their junior year of High School, and eventually due near the end of their senior year. And there were many students who took the idea of animation as the main consensus for their projects, but no one, in my opinion, produced an animation of any sort. I felt very motivated and intimidated towards the future of my senior year because of this. This is a very awesome image on the programs that I need to accomplish my goals. WE CAN DO THIS!
